My cat was not feeling well and having accidents around the house, which was completely out of character. The staff were kind, patient and helped me figure out what was wrong and even changed her diet to ensure that it would help her. We just moved to the area and needed a vet as our do has developed a skin condition and is constantly chewing her leg. We found this Vet on yellow pages and decided to try them as they were one of 4 or 5 places to us which was very close. Very professional, good with our dog and they explained everything to us in detail and wanted us to be apart of the decisions that were made. Very fair, reasonable and honest!

Recently we took our little Daisy to this clinic. It was after midnight, Daisy was not eating or drinking. The vet was really good with our Daisy, and when we couldn't save her, they were kind to us during the process of letting her go. We were never rushed at all. This clinic is super clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything you did for our sweet Daisy.

My dog had spayed surgery here 1 week ago. The doctor is good, well skilled. They have done so many surgeries so lots of experience. The surgery went well. Now she is recovered very good. Only 1 week after the surgery, we can take her cone off and let her walk around the backyard. The stiches healing well. No problems at all.
My another dog had surgery at some other places and waiting time was 3 months, but here you can book it next week, so I'm happy with the short waiting time.

I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

Took my cat Boots in for updates shots and neutering. The facilities were extremely clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing right from the start. Met with Craig who was extremely knowledgable and answered all the questions we had. He even enlightened us on some bad habits we didn't know we were doing!
Very affordable with packages to fit your needs. I'm a student and the three easy payments were so convenient!
On the day of Boots' surgery, another amazing staff member, Lindsey went out of her way to give me an update as soon as he was out and awake. She even printed out great aftercare information for me to keep. They're well organized, not even the slightest hiccup during our three visits!
I cannot stress how professional and amazing these guys are. Your pets will be in the best care!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. D'Souza and his staff. My brother and I have been taking our dogs to this clinic for 10 years. Dr. D'Souza sincerely cares about the well being of his animal patients and never pushes unecessary extra tests etc. that drive up costs as I have experienced at other vets, he clearly explains exactly what is needed and why.
