Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. I got a message saying that it was done and the mechanic did it for free. They could have taken advantage and put new parts from the store on and charged me, but they did not.
