I am a patient at this clinic for about 5 years and I have never had a bad experience, the doctors are professional, there is walk in clinic where there is never a long wait so if my doctor is not available I can see someone else, the location has a a lab, a pharmacy, and all sort of other specialized practices in the same building. Also, plenty of free parking.

I was in a car accident and was receiving Physio at the Bowmanville clinic. Shortly after, while still in treatment, our family got some devastating news. Jamie has been wonderful to listen about our daughters journey. Sharon has been absolutely wonderful. She always asks how things are going and is completely understanding to work around my daughters appointments. Even when I screw up. Too much on my mind these days. Superior service to other clinics in the area. I switched over to Skin Vitality from another doctor in Markham - there is no comparison! Service, results and price cannot be beat. Services that other clinics offer 1 a week are offered every day at this clinic - additionally, they are open evenings and weekends. Simply the best service around - period.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. A very special thanks to Dr. Phil for all that you’ve done and continue to do!!
