My iPad button was jammed and unusable. RR&E got my iPad working (with the virtual button) in 1 minute at no cost to me after another shop in south Regina was unable to even to locate a record of having replaced my iPad screen about a month ago ?! The young man at RR&E who fixed things up explained why I might not need or want the actual physical repair done! Good customer focus.
