I took my broken Sony CyberShot camera in to MTC in Whitby on Thursday afternoon. The counter staff impressed me with their very friendly and helpful demeanor and I left my camera for evaluation. Friday morning I received a verbal repair estimate, along with a friendly suggestion that they use a courier to save me the long trip to/from Whitby. I gave the go-ahead and the repaired camera was delivered to my home Monday morning. I commend MTC for their excellent service. Lire plus
