After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Highly recommend this place. Right in downtown Windsor close to parking and great restaurants. Great service, friendly atmosphere. Great place to socialize. The only medical marijuana place local and gives people a place to come and socialize instead of being stuck at home. Canadians and Americans came in and supported this business. Hope to see them grow even bigger and offer edibles when the law passes next year

Jai acheté un IPad Air qui est arrivé en moins de 24h. Il semblait neuf même si c`était une boite ouverte. Excellent prix. Aucun problème avec le virement Interac. Des gens fort généreux de leur temps et quand même super efficaces. Heureuse d encourager des gens de chez nous. Au bout du fil, de vraies voix humaines et non dinterminables menus. Malheureusement, je ne pouvais pas mettre plus de 5 étoiles. Merci beaucoup Yves.

Pete the owner came out to explain to me the different mounting systems and channels available in the area. I decided to go with the tripod system on the roof and was very impressed with his work and the amount of clear channels he got for me. I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Honestly, I hate having to go buying tech. I mean I love tech but the buying experience is ALWAYS terrible. But Future shop always has it's line in service. Especially this location. Whether it maybe cellshop or Tech support, there's always someone who's willing to help. I bought my iPhone 5, had a problem with the battery and power button, replaced it super fast with my warranty there. My Sony Vaio hard drive crashed, got it replaced within 2 days! Honestly super amazing! They didn't even ask anything what I did to it. Just gave me a form saying I left my laptop with them!
Overall everyone there is amazing. A couple of people would be Jay from Sales in Computers, Brian I believe in "Connect pro (Tech support) and unfortunately I don't recall the assistant in cellshop. But even though someone specified in that department might not be there at that time. another associate from a department will help you find a suitable sales rep! Hands down amazing.
