I have been to different massage places for my bad back and tight shoulders. It didnt work but when my friend told me about Shri it was like I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. This is not a 5 star massage, but I gave them 5 stars because of the price. It is definitely a very good massage, the place is clean and professional, and the price is unbelievable; but I have had better massages (if I fall asleep, then it is the best!). I noticed another commenter say that there was a tip issue. It is normal to tip even for an $80/hour massage...20% is not unusual and it is expected to leave more if you get an exceptionally good massuese.

I've been to other chiropractors before, but Dr. Csabai was different because he really took time with me from the initial assessment and I've never felt rushed through any appointment thereafter. I play lots of sports and work at a desk all day long. I've found immediate relief with his treatments. I think it's helping my posture and I have less pain. Also, the receptionist is a sweetheart, I felt very welcomed ;)

I've been a customer for about 6 months now. I've also been to other Big Feet locations such as Vancouver and Richmond. This location is by far the most improved. Big Feet employees tend to talk to each other during foot massage with the clients. It can get annoying, sometimes funny. Surrey location used to be like that. Now they have gone better by being quiet.
Their quality of body and foot massage are top notch. They massage from head to toe, front to back. I recommended my brother (a dancer), my sister (past car accident) and my dad to Mark and Tom. They said they are even better than their own chiropractor.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.
