THEY DO A POOR JOB OF COMMUNICATING THEIR STORE HOURS WHEN HOLIDAYS OCCUR ( THE WEBSITE SHOWS THEY ARE OPEN, WHEN THEY ARE NOT). THE CORRECT HOURS ONLY SHOW ON THE FRONT DOOR.
ANNOYING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO PLACE OR PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION. ACTUAL SERVICE IS GREAT!

I recently started going to this pharmacy when I moved into the area. The staff are great and always take the time to answer any questions you have as well as provide you with information that you may have not thought to ask. I've been doing business with this pharmacy for so many years (25+) I can't remember when we started. It's too bad and unfair that the pharmacy is getting bad reviews because of (CANADA POST).
The pharmacist (Kathleen) is the most dedicated and professional and helpful pharmacist that I know.

Good service. Three different pharmacists have taken care of my son's and my own needs. They know thir stuff and provide a wealth of advice in a friendly way. Quite frankly, there should not be a need to go to a Dr's office and line up for hours if all phrmaciests were this knowledgeble Keep up with the good work. The only thing that surprises me is that they are better known as the RAY Pharmacy.

Go above & beyond to care for my pharmacy needs. Phenomenal friendly, knowledgeable in store & delivery staff. Keeps store, products & services up to date, yet you still get the 1936 quality of interactions. If it's been awhile since I'm in store, & rather than a person the world has me feeling like an anonymous number again, I go in Gibson's & am surprisingly reminded again how nice it feels to be seen as real known person. The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.
