A huge thank you to Chris and the other gentleman from Smokeys towing! They rescued us from a snowy, hilly, swampy unmaintained road, after CAA and other private towing companies were unable to assist us. They arrived quickly, were honest and fair, and were overall great guys to deal with in a crisis. Highly recommended.

Based on the service provided Tow All Inc. Is undoubtedly the best out there. As CAA affiliate these guys provide service excellence. Prompt service and their serviceman Chris Davis was very pleasant. I needed a tire change along CR-45 at 8:30 PM and Chris got to us in 30 minutes. Thank you very much.

I am so thankful for being there when I needed them the most. They have been extremely helpful. And when I called tonight telling them my car will not start the man who answered was super sweet and compassionate and was concerned of my well being as it is the coldest night of the year they offered free service to boost my car. Highlands Towing went over and above the call of duty this past weekend. Dan was very punctual and professional when he came to open my van for me. He took care in making sure he did not mark the vehicle. Still unable to locate the keys but he was fast to problem solve how to get a spare key from Caledon to Minden in the same day. This was a welcome outcome for my husband who did not have to drive three hours to get the key to me. We like to personally thank them for their helping hands.

We blew a brake line in Algonquin Park and assumed our vacation was pretty much toast. Abby behind the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Andrew in the garage went right to work, fitted us with a new line and had us back on the road within an hour. He was absolutely terrific, a real professional. Their pricing was outstanding. Really impressed with their skills and knowledge when my inlaws accidentally put the wrong fuel into their car stalling the car on the road. I was stuck, down a very hilly road to the cottage in snow. I thought, that I would be fine, as I was driving an all wheel drive x5. Turns out I was wrong. The damn SUV couldn't get up a small grade, let alone a steep one. When (I believe his name was Daniel ) showed up, I thought for sure that he wouldn't want / attempt / or try, to get me out of this mess. But he did !!! MANY TRIES LATER !! He was just amazing and the kindest friendliest person I have ever met ! BASELINE is amazing !

Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.

On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.
