I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. Called master mechanic to book an appointment to change my brakes. I was told that they would check it first before changing the brakes but I was sure the brakes was poor because of what I was told before at the other shop. My GMC Yukon XL was desparately in need of new brakes and had a most puzzling thumping and vibration going on.
