People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. We were on our way through Winnipeg to Vancouver in our 1988 Westfalia and ran into overheating issues. The garage were able to see the vehicle, find and fix the issue quickly and with minimal cost. The people were very friendly and helpful.
