Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic
Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service.
But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. We waited less than one hour & paid less than expected.She called from FLa.& said God bless Dan & M. Mechanic!

Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.

looking for a place to do my oil change. Heard about this place.. Not only did I get in the next day. but When I was driving back to Collingwood. I SUV was driving so much better. I swear, she was thanking me.. new oil, top my fluids and checked my tires presser. I can't thank you guys enough for taking care of me/my girl.lol..

My car was having so many issues until I took it here, and since they’ve fixed it it’s never driven better. It’s better than new. I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
