Ron has helped us on many occasions throughout the years since he has opened the Downsview Vet Clinic. He has treated out FIV cats, he has provided the necessary at home care options that they have needed from time to time. Most recently, we lost our Tuffy cat and he kindly made a donation to the Guelph Animal Sciences fund for continued research for ailing animals which we found very touching and thoughtful. Plus, he is an overall nice guy.

Recently we took our little Daisy to this clinic. It was after midnight, Daisy was not eating or drinking. The vet was really good with our Daisy, and when we couldn't save her, they were kind to us during the process of letting her go. We were never rushed at all. This clinic is super clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything you did for our sweet Daisy.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care Dr. Pacia provided for my beloved Maverick. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and deeply cares about Maverick's well-being.
