Outstanding! Best clean I've had in over 10 years. My white carpet turned out like new. Technician was uniformed, polite and professional. My sofa, loveseat and chair was very clean and the price was very good for the amount of work that had to be done ;-)

Rich has been cleaning my carpets for 8 years . I would not have anyone else because his service is efficient, effective and extremely professional. Rich can address issues with pet stain ( I have a dog with the odd accident) . When he finishes my carpets look like new.

We just had luxury vinyl and carpet installed this week and the installers did an excellent job! Customer focused, pleasant and highly knowledgeable!! And our flooring looks amazing! Chem-Dry is an excellent company! I have been using them for almost 15 years not for everything from regular carpet cleaning, to my upholstery and area rugs. Charlie from Rotostatic Brantford location is prompt and efficient in responding to my carpet cleaning requests, both at my place of work (retirement home) and at my home. The rotostatic method of cleaning carpets thoroughly cleans the carpet and not the underlay, elimating stains, allowing us to walk on the carpet two hours later. The cost is more reasonable than renting a do it yourself steam cleaner, eliminating hours of cleaning carpets and returning the rental machine.
