Have eaten brekkie here a few times and it is very good. The service is good, the meal hot, and the price is fair. Can't ask for much more than that. Nice little restaurant. The last time, I had a hamburger platter and it was awesome. They put some kind of spice in the burger meat, but it made the burger. Very nice. My significant other really enjoyed her souvlaki dinner - one of Little D's specialties. Would definitely eat here again. Recommended highly. Lire plus

Not only the best breakfast in the area, but the best value. (Especially if you are a senior.) 2 good sized eggs, 4 strips of bacon, texas toast and home-fires not frozen cubes. I get a side of hot peppers and coffee. For two of us .... just over $11.00 with tax!! (If you aren't a senior it would come to around $12.50) Never had a problem with any of the waitresses. Food is cooked properly. Atmosphere is the usual R&R diner that plays a good selection of 50's & '60's music. You can go a few blocks away and pay $16 for a lot less! My husband & I celebrated the last day of the year 2012 at Chef Tommy's. It was our first timethere and we wanted to try something we have never ordered. So we ordered the lamb rack and we were not disappointed! The lamb was so so tender and the presentation was just delightful. The atmosphere was very cozy and the staff quite friendly and helpful. Probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a restaurant. I have been back 5x this month alone! The bacon is thick. Homefries are real potatoes and seasoned to perfection. I always order the bacon with 3 eggs, homefries and toast, with coffee. Total comes to just over $8.00. Free coffee refills and a fresh skewer of fruit (not a dried orange slice, but apples, pineapple, strawberry, melon, orange and sometimes even a gooseberry)! The meal has always been served piping hot and the coffee never gets to the bottom. I love it at Hot Stacks. Thank you for a great breakfast, every time! Lire plus
