we had a problem with our car while camping in the area and had it towed to MotorMania on a weekend. I called Monday morning to let them know the car was there, Keith in Service was extremely helpful and called me back later that day to say it was fixed. They found a simple problem and it didn't require any parts. there is a positive attitude in that shop and they even told us where to try fishing while we were in town. Excellent service I'd recommend them to anyone looking for service or partsLire plus
Bryan helped me out with very short notice when the wind took my car door. Its nice to see some generous, friendly & welcoming companies still exist in GP. I'll definitely go back when its time for new paint!Lire plus
Dennis was a great help, took the car in for new brakes and to check the engine I did not know what the problem was. He kept in contact with me did not do any extra work and it was a fair price. Will be taking the car for work to him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family.Lire plus
Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)Lire plus
I have owned a few Honda Accords for over 20 years, I always trusted the Honda dealerships for repairs. After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing. I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. He is very honest, not over selling, very efficient and customer service oriented business. Lire plus
The BEST mechanic in Alberta. Very fair prices. And he will never do anything to your vehicle that does not need to be done. Quotes are accurate. Job is done above and beyond standards.Lire plus
Brought in a truck to be fixed lots wrong with it n they got it done fast The office staff was very courteous n helpful Couldn't ask for better serviceLire plus
Trinity is a smaller business, but i found that to work well in my favour. Getting ahold if Josh was only a phone call or text away, service was above and beyond, rates were fair, was willing to get my truck serviced to accomodate my work hours, all while maintaining a professional, courteous business. Maps will send you in the wrong spot, and the business frontage is a little hard to see at first, so ask for better directions if youre having difficulty. After that its pretty easy.Lire plus
Silver Star Auto - I have been using Silver Star to repair all my vehicles for almost 20 years now. THEY ARE HONEST. They do not BS people. They are willing to cater to unique needs of a customer (like present an alternatives, if possible). The staff is very experienced with everyone being more or less there at the start and still there with the added apprentice once in a while (or worker - whatever - I assume).
These guys remembered my name after being away for years - that is impressive in on its own; it means they are smart and have good memories, which I think would serve a mechanic well; and apparently does.
When a LARGE Canada wide "Tire" company mechanic told me I needed new ball joints or my wheels would fall off within a month; even though I was there to get my brakes looked at, and quoted me prices over $1000. I HAD to get a second opinion. I just chanced upon Silver Star and was told the ball joints were fine. They lasted longer than 10 years - longer than the truck actually. Also, the brake job came in around $100 only (but 20 years ago), because they only did what was necessary, not tacking on new rotors, or the rear brakes (which had lots of life left at the time).
They will show you an old part they removed if you ask and even point out how it was defective.
They are professional and friendly enough - but not "Salesmen" - I have never been pressured to buy this or that. Try them and see!Lire plus
The whole package: expert, friendly staff, quick service, and effective support.
I would strongly recommend this place - not only for the excellent service, but also as budget-friendly option. Lire plus

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. While you're there you may even get a visit from their poodle Spec. Thanks Roland, Kate and Spec; you are the best!Lire plus
Old School Auto did a great job for me. They went above and beyond in building an old 54 Chevy Pickup I had since I was a 15 year old kid. I kept changing things as the project went on and Larry and the gang just took care of it the way I wanted. Larry and Wayne were great to deal with and were more than fair for all the work they did on my pickup. Thanks guys for the great work and service. Here's some pics of the great work these guys do.Lire plus
