Worst Customer Service And Policy, EVER!

I would not recommend buying anything from this franchise as they have flat out told me they only make their money from extended warranties. You have to buy an extended warranty to get your money back?! I don't think so. The new tv isn't even two months old and now doesn't work. But I can be in contact with the manufacturer and maybe get an answer in a month? I just want my money back to buy a tv at a reputable business. Thanks! PS I had to rate them something or my review wouldn't go through.

Amazing Service

We stopped in the other day to get a new computer. They diagnosed our needs and let us know our options! Now we are proud new owners of our macbook pro! We will go back for all our accessories.
