    Good work done I like how professional it is and staff is nice also, no problem at all for me

    PRETTY PROFESSIONAL TO ME

    Unfortunately I have had to use these guys twice this year, both times they we very professional and on point with my two insurance claims. I guess this is why my Insurance company told me to use them.

    Avoid this company.

    Horton Autobody caused me nothing but headaches from the beginning. I got a second damage estimate from another shop and they noticed damage that Horton did not. I was also wrongly charged for pre-existing damage to a loaner vehicle. My vehicle took longer to repair than they said. When they told me it was ready, there was still a dent that hadn't been repaired. Those are just a few of the issues... Avoid this company at all costs.

    Dissatisfied

    They refused to give me a list of the work done on my vehicle. Did not even tell me verbally. I was told all has been forwarded to the insurance company and that basically it was none of my business. Also prior to leaving my car I had inquired about the warranty but again they refused to give me anything in writing. Later I go back because the work is NOT done properly and they inform me they do not keep records!! And they refuse to fix it blaming the damage on anyone and anything but the poor quality of work done by themselves.
