Family ran and owned, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Someone came in with limited English while I was waiting and staff was very patient and helpful to the gentleman. They changed my license plate, screws were “sealed” to my car, it took no time. I tried to pay them cash and they refused, so I am writing this review instead!! I would bring my car there 100%. Just good honest people who like what they do!!

Lexus of Calgary only recommends 2 Body Shops and 'Horton Auto Body & Paint' is one of them. This was the 1st time I used Horton and they are the best. Brendon provided outstanding service. The repairs were done on time, and he was in good communication throughout the process. Horton's service far exceeded my expectations, and I could not have asked for more. And ..... Brendon was extremely professional and efficient. I felt completely confident in the service from the moment I walked in, from the friendly woman at reception, to the spotless environment through to Brendon giving me a thorough description of what he suggested they do. He then followed up with a quote the same day and had it all done, perfectly, in under 4 hours a couple of days later. When I pick up my car, Brendon escorted me to my car to review the repairs and to be sure I was satisfied.

I had my car fixed at Horton Auto Body & Paint, this is by far the best Auto shop. They did an excellent job fixing my car and there is a lifetime warranty on the work they performed. The team was friendly, Brendon kept me updated on the progress of the car and provided a car rental. Highly recommend this shop.
