Added an after market Kenwood deck to support CarPlay. Price was reasonable, install was solid. Overall team at JB's knew what they where doing, where good on communication and price was reasonable.

Seemed like a nic...

Seemed like a nice place when walked in, went to buy a metal cage mount for car stereo and was told they are all universal, sold me a "universal" mounting cage. Turns out they aren't. Took it back with my stereo to see if maybe I was doing something wrong. They told me I didn't pull up the tabs which I did, and they then spent 5 minutes trying to get it to fit on the stereo to which it didn't. Was then told to call JVC before I asked if I could return the faulty unit. They then told me it was, done in cash and not written down in the books, even though I had a receipt. Don't exactly know why they couldnt have just told me to vall JVC in the first place instead of selling me a faulty cage. Poor knowledge and poor customer service skills. Would not recommend.
