I gave my suit for alterations, the suit was not from Moores, so they charge you almost double, which is okay but atleast give proper service, the customer service guy made me wait 20 minutes first just to take my measurements, there was only 1 other customer in the store and 3 customer service people who did not bother. I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit ! On a side note the store has all new staff and they are a 10 out of 10 great management and friendly staff. Thanks very much!
