Hydro Plumbing and Mechanical

I called Hydro Plumbing because the plumbing company I've used for decades couldn't or wouldn't respond. My kitchen sink drain was clogged and, while that's not a crisis, it's something you want dealt with. Hydro sent a great plumber, Darren, the next morning. Darren was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and informative. He's also really good at his job - the company I have used in the past did the exact same job 7 years ago, didn't do the work as well, and charged twice as much!

Typical story...Friday night lower level bathroom sink backs up...husband thinks hes a plumber...spends hours, one trip to Home Depot. Saturday morning---call the Rotor Rooter!!! Called at 10:00 am and he was there by noon..had the problem resolved in an hour. Very tidy, clean and extremely polite about explaining the problem. Will be sending someone else next week to have our lines reemed and as it is a 74 yr. old house the parts arent available anymore, so a little more work to be done.
