BK repair guided me to obtain parts and replace my range element by myself rather than use their services in order to save me some money during these hard times in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. I was successful and thankyou for your help.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get my washer fixed. The guy attempted to fix said it was fixed but wasn’t fixed. So I called and called my land lord called and called no one answers so you leave message after message with no call back to let you know if he’s going to repair it or he can’t. Finally a call back to say call the manufacturer. Wow I would never recommend this company to fix anything.oh just to mention he did come again said it was fixed and it wasn’t again

Terrible service. Took two months to “fix” my Miele. Returned it, lied about it working then an hour later when I called to say the problem was worse -not fixed at all- Brad said I would just have to get a new one from Miele. Zero stars would be a better rating.

Came promtly to fix non working appliance and was polite and professional. Appliance was repaired and price was fair for amount of time it took. Will def recommend him to anyone.
