Delivery never arrived

My delivery never arrived. I called them after 90 minutes and they said it had already left. I called back an hour later and was told that my order was for pick-up, not delivery. I told them about the previous call and they said an address right next door to me (doesn't exist) was for delivery but not mine. They really didn't seem to care and had no interest in making things right.
