The Soil Specialist, Jenta, has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Seeing as she is a specialist, she should be able to provide simple information about their soil, but quite simply refused to provide soil testing. When asked for pricing on the soil, she would not give a direct answer. The attitude in her voice is unacceptable. Her one job is Customer Service and she can't even do that. Terrible. Go to Michell's if you need landscaping material.

I love the mulch there and it's easy for me to dump my garden waste there. The employees are quick and friendly, and delivery service is reasonably priced and always on time. Thanks! Better Lawns & Gardens
