I had a gel nail service and not even two days later the gel chipped and lifted. It took 3 days straight to get ahold of management, when I did they spoke in a condescending manner. My nails were redone, and once again they lifted and chipped the next day. It took 4 days to get through to management this time. I expressed that I was expecting my nails to be done properly the first time but they clearly didn’t seem to care and refused to refund the service they did not provide.
