If i can give less than this, i wont be hesitant. Everything is not worth it the money. The food is horrible. The coach will only be nice for the first couple of times and what he only cares for is the initial session. He get so excited about it and we all know why. If you are not losing the weight like others ir dismotivated or in need i Of support he will definitely let you down as he only works with people who are easy to work with. Anyways not worthy it. Lots of money and not healthy at all
