Paul was fantastic! We had already chosen a sofa from a competitor, but the salesperson was so aggressive and irritating that we decided to keep looking. We walked in with storm clouds over our heads and clearly grumpy from the other store, then we met Paul. He was patient, informative and identified exactly what we were looking for, at a much better price to what we were going to spend elsewhere. We are customers for life, and Paul is our guy from here on out. Very happy!
