In April 2017 Amex was paid $1000 do do some minor roofing repairs. After making several calls, in June we were told work would begin in a couple of weeks. By late fall, no work had been started so we canceled and requested our deposit back. After several unanswered calls and an email, a small claim was initiated with the B.C. Civil Resolution Tribunal. A binding judgement has been made against Amex and there is currently an outstanding payment order in effect and due for $1110.50.
