Terrible, rude company, managed by a man who routinely screams insults at tenants or ignores them instead of resolving building issues. Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Completely inept.
604 managing my building in Surrey. Did not proper offer their service. No one showed up, even the fire alarm rang for over 3 hours. After the general meeting, declined the result of terminating their management contract by sending us to court. Do you wanted to face this kind of nightmare? Avoid using their service, stay away from them.
Very helpful company. They took the time to explain the strata decisions and provide a clear process during our general meeting. our building was dysfunctional and now it is on a better path

Stay away from this company. The president Kevin is so rude to the clients. They are the leading of the Worst service. Don't put your investment in this company or you will regret.
As agents for our strata corporation clients we are acting at their behalf and direction and sometimes need to deliver their decisions that are not always positive. Unknown T had violated the buildings bylaws multiple times and was penalized for this. We delivered this direct message on behalf of our client nothing more. We are required to serve in the best interest of the entire strata corporation not individual owners.

If there was half a star I would give it. Very unprofessional and only fax which is very old school. They will not email any forms or documents. Unfriendly , not helpful and do not accept credit cards or bank transfers. Cash or personal cheques only. In this day and age of trying to save the environment having to pick up paper is truly not acceptable. Every other Strata Management company emails documents to save time and paper!
This real estate agent states that all companies email forms is not accurate. All companies wont provide forms without prior payment. Upon receiving the request the documents were prepared and the realtor was advised they were ready for pickup. This resulted in an unprofessional cursing towards staff because we would not fax the documents to him without prior payment and our clients wont absorb the costs for credit cards. We do aim to improve and the e-Transfer option is now available.
