Terrible, rude company, managed by a man who routinely screams insults at tenants or ignores them instead of resolving building issues. Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Completely inept.

604 managing my building in Surrey. Did not proper offer their service. No one showed up, even the fire alarm rang for over 3 hours. After the general meeting, declined the result of terminating their management contract by sending us to court. Do you wanted to face this kind of nightmare? Avoid using their service, stay away from them.
Very helpful company. They took the time to explain the strata decisions and provide a clear process during our general meeting. our building was dysfunctional and now it is on a better path

Stay away from this company. The president Kevin is so rude to the clients. They are the leading of the Worst service. Don't put your investment in this company or you will regret.

As agents for our strata corporation clients we are acting at their behalf and direction and sometimes need to deliver their decisions that are not always positive. Unknown T had violated the buildings bylaws multiple times and was penalized for this. We delivered this direct message on behalf of our client nothing more. We are required to serve in the best interest of the entire strata corporation not individual owners.
If there was half a star I would give it. Very unprofessional and only fax which is very old school. They will not email any forms or documents. Unfriendly , not helpful and do not accept credit cards or bank transfers. Cash or personal cheques only. In this day and age of trying to save the environment having to pick up paper is truly not acceptable. Every other Strata Management company emails documents to save time and paper!

This real estate agent states that all companies email forms is not accurate. All companies wont provide forms without prior payment. Upon receiving the request the documents were prepared and the realtor was advised they were ready for pickup. This resulted in an unprofessional cursing towards staff because we would not fax the documents to him without prior payment and our clients wont absorb the costs for credit cards. We do aim to improve and the e-Transfer option is now available.
Terrible. I totally agree with"The President of the company is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. In all my dealings with him he has been childish and deliberately difficult for no apparent reason. He does not deal with situations ethically." per comments above. Kevin does not perform his duties. If you are looking for property, avoid property under his management.

We are unable to comment on the complaints about ethics when no facts are provided. The Real Estate Council should be contacted regarding our license so they can make an accurate assessment of the issue. Owners tend to misunderstand that we are the messengers for our strata clients that usually involve fines for owners breach of the bylaws or non payment of strata fees. We do our best to explain matters within the instructions received but arguing with the PM will not resolve the matter.
Terrible building management company. Was dealing with Petra. She does not know the rules or bylaws. What she told me was complete nonsense. Told me I had to knock on our upstairs neighbours door to get the ceiling leak fixed. This is one of our rental units. We've been dealing with another management company with exactly the same issue, they had no problem fixing it and billing the unit upstairs. I live out of town, I can't even knock on their door. Nor should I have to.

As agents for our strata clients we help enforce the Strata Property Act. A strata corp has no obligation to repair an owners interior strata lot damage which they privately insure. Several legal reports can be provided that reinforce our clients practices on this matter. Petras advice to go up to talk to the residents above may have helped saved you the cost of making an insurance claim. Unfortunately in community living not all decision make the most sense but we are obligated to uphold them.

I work in commercial real estate and interact with property management companies regularly, however I have never met someone quite so unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

While we appreciate feedback, Anonymous12305 comments cant be further from the truth. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of professionalism. Strata management is a complaint driven industry where an individual owner demands are not always reasonable and do not meet the needs of the rest of the community. This is not being difficult but rather due process and in keeping with the elected strata councils needs to serve for the greater good of the community.
