Terrible service. Very shady.
This place has horrible customer service. When I called, just to more or less let them know about my terrible experience, the manager was even more rude. I kept getting interrupted and excuses for the poor service. I was also told in a very demeaning way to "mayve check out a school downtown like VCC". The manager kept trying to convince me that I was wrong. Even though my haircut took twice as long as I was told during the consultation and the price was more than I was told it was going to be.
