When I called your branch all I wanted was to speak to a customer service person to set up an appointment and it was so confusing I probably called seven times and never got to speak with an actual human being only the automated voice giving me options. I would choose and option out of three and then would be given another three and so on and so on. At one point it sounded like I was going to be able to talk to someone at the branch, it redirected me to the call centre three times. Not impressed
