The Ruby Slipper Vintage Shoppe

I'm so surprised by all of these negative comments! I went in after having lost 50 lbs and a career change. The owner helped me find clothes that fit and looked superb. I've received so many compliments. I just went back and picked up a few extra pieces. The owner was there but her colleague was. She was more quiet and didn't reach out in any way yet was absolutely helpful when I got to the cash. I was there until closing time and her patience was appreciated. Oh, the prices were just right.

Worst experience. This business is very disorganized. She will talk circles around you without giving you any information, I brought clothes in to sell and was given no information but that she takes 60% and you get 40%. When I came back I was informed that I owed her money??? Then was informed that their is a fee for her selling your items ON TOP OF HER TAKING 60%. Do NOT bring your stuff here unless you want a headache.

Walked in with a friend and my son. Place is big enough to fit a stroller if it wasnt so messy and cluttered. Two ladies standing behind the counter. Not a smile or a hi at all. Your job is to help, greet and at least acknowledge customers. If you arent doing that clean and organize something. Nope they just stood there. Never again will i go back to a hazardous overly packed overly priced store with no manners.

My grandmother came in with some clothing she had paid a lot of money for. I understand if the owner thought otherwise but speaking in a loud voice: BOR-ING BOR-ING BOR-ING OUTDATED... does not help her one bit or make her feel any better. It was embarrassing. I'm sure the young cool college kids come in looking for vintage clothes, fine, I get that. But why couldn't the owner show some grace sometimes? I've worked retail, we've had embarrassing situations.. but you still try to be PROFESSIONAL

Dont shop here if you dont like clutter, the place is a total mess the shoes are all over the floor when they should be on shelves behind the counter is what you call an unsafe work place due to the big mess of garbage behind it and the owner of the store is rude and obnoxious

Don't waste your time. Over priced. Clothes are crammed together on wire hangers. Owner has bad attitude, but I might too if I owned that store.
