When we were unable to shovel the end of our driveway, we called Hub City Landscaping and were told that they could have it done by 7am "no problem". It is now 9am, and they aren't answering their phone. I understand that it is a busy time, but please do not give customers guarantees when they could make alternate arrangements. We are now unable to get to work, and unable to reach this company. Horrible customer service.
