Absolutely agree with the previous comments. Not returning calls then voicemail full... In addition, he sold us a IKO product which had a major issue (IKO is facing a class action). While we don't hold Mazerolle responsible, he should have the decency to return our calls...roof job is a major expense. Don't pay attention to his long list of jobs done in your neighborhood, this is not a list of happy customers.

2 incidents in 3 years, voice mail full, unreachable and very hard to have him honour his work. Run away.

Does NOT acknowledge WARRANTY

Had the roof installed in the fall of 2010 and experienced leaking during the spring thaw. I believe it was as a result of no ice & shield being used but and after calling Dan he just never showed up and I had to hire another roofer to have a look and make some repairs. Very bad follow up.
