Worst customer service ever from Shane at East SJ location. Was told a purchase order would take 6-8 weeks . When calling after waiting 3 months , I was spoken to rudely , noone knew of where my purchase order was nor was he giving that information to me or any her location , and even hung the phone up on me for asking what is taking so long. He lied to his district manager and made me out to be a someone I wasnt being. I dont recommend anyone shoppong at this location. I rate a zero !
