Typical dealer. They are the nicest and sweetest people before the sale. Once, you own the car, no after sale service. Everybody is busy or sick. A perfect example of why we all hate dealers.

My experience with Ford Steele on Windsor street is excellent. Their staff is professional and courteous and very helpful. When I leave my car there, I know that it's in good hands and will be well taken care of. Their shuttle service is excellent and is there to pick you up and drop you off at work. My salesman was very helpful in finding me a GPS at a reasonable price. Excellent service all around
