Dismal: Their service dept is terrible. Looked at working fireplaces to not working after they left. Needed to replace parts. Slow to get back to you (actually I had to call as they forgot me). Tells you your fireplace cannot be fixed as parts no longer available. Asked to check if used parts are available to be told the same thing. Informing you need to replace your fireplace. To then look online to find brand new replacement parts are available. Spent $100 per part vice $5000 for each new FP.

They quote you prices much higher than what the true value of the service or product is

We recently bought a new BBQ from them. They were both friendly and informative, and went out of their way to accommodate as early a delivery date as possible. Will definitely do business with them when it comes time to look at a chimney insert.
