Blue Bird Taxi

The drivers won't wear masks. They to themselves or off your money. They take the long routes and back track at your expense. If they don't have the change they owe you, they simply charge you more then the metre. If the speed limit is 60 they drive 36 to 41mph on a set road with no cars ahead of them. It's rediculas.

Prompt service, friendly driver, reasonable rates.

Wait time was half hour, then I was told they are cash only. all I had was plastic.

I wish I could rate this lower. I called an hour before I needed to be picked up. I called at 8 pm and asked to be picked up. I was told be 5-15 minutes. I only called blue bird because it was baby bonus and a Friday so the wait for central was about 45 minutes. I usually take central. I closed the store at 920, the time I asked to be picked up. I waited an hour and 45 minutes. Not to mention this was the COLDEST night we had, had this winter. I had frost bite on my toes and nearly on my fingers I was outside so long. I called the operator multiple time and they operator was EXTREMELY RUDE, and ignorant. I was blamed for the situation. Not to mention when I finally got picked up, the cab driver was rude, and charged me full price. I paid over an hours worth of wages for nothing. Even if central is busy, stick with them. Bluebird is not reliable.

I would rate this taxi company lower if I could. We waited for an hour and a half for a taxi outside of the mall and it still didn't come. I called twice after the initial call. The first time I was told someone took our cab and they would send another. I waited another half an hour called again and was told it would be 10-12 mins before the driver would be free. Waited another half hour and called another company. Foolish
