These guys have the worst customer service you will ever find in any insurance company. Their quotes are inconsistent. And beware, if you work with them and you leave they deliberately add an accident on your record from a time that is very difficult to trace, making sure you get a higher quote elsewhere. We have all the documentation to prove what they did. Event agents at other insurance companies saw the inconsistencies and advised us to seek legal action against this company and the agent.

this insurance broker is terrible the dont know how to deal with customer and will mess up your status if you cancel they will leave a file on your account for canceling and when you require a letter of experience to aquire a different insurance they will give you the run around for days !

Absolutely terrible company with even worse representatives and brokers. My agent was Baljinder and he is as lazy as they come. I shouldve seen the warning signs. From the first month they were overcharging me. I was told the difference was because we are being charged 11 months instead of 12 so the extra month is divided among the others, now at the end of our term he stated we would not be receiving a refund. Overcharged me by over $400. Stay away from Baljinder and this company.

horrible service when I called my broker for simple questions he didn't even know the answer he always stated he would call me back but never did he would email back a month after when I didn't even need him they need to hire a lot better people would never recommend them to anyone as well shop around they don't save you money they cost you money I got a better deal going direct then through them
