Venez savourer un excellent repas chez Chaps Restaurant. Au menu une variété de hamburgers, dans une gamme de prix allant de 11$ à 25$. L'ambiance de cet établissement est décontractée.
My husband and I have been regular guests of Chaps for several years now and have found that the new location is NOT up to their original location standards.
On the evening noted, we found the soup to be "lukewarm" not hot. The sandwich was small, but the abundance of onion rings gave the impression of a larger meal. The Boneless Chicken Wings were dried out and leathery with very little sauce. They were accompanied by my choice of French fries, which again was received in an abundance also making the meal appear larger. The celery and carrots (3 slices each) were unappetizing to say the least. We then spoke to the waitress (after waiting approx. 5 minutes to get her attention from her socializing with another table) regarding the meal and she offered the following information: “they do overcook them, I have even had these myself and have had to say to the cooks that they are overcooked and that, come on guys I work here”, good impression huh? She did however leave the plate in front of me to eat the fries which now are cold, and had the kitchen make up a fresh batch to go (as my husband by this point had finished his meal), plunked them down on the table and proceeded to socialize with another table never bringing the glass of water I ordered prior to our food being served. Over all service was not good and I certainly reflected it in the tip…$0.00.

Although the service is average, the new location is nice. The only problem is they make the best wings in Burlington!! My recommendation is order take out and you won't be disapointed at home.

The wings were terrible to say the least, never going there for wings again. Heard alot of good things about them, but I guess they were having an off day, with all the orders of wings we ordered. Waitress was amazing but the wings weren't.
This was my first visit to the new location and...
This was my first visit to the new location and although the parking lot was a bit hard to find proper parking - are there lines? - the restaurant was lovely.
Our waitress was very friendly and personable, and offered suggestions and detailed descriptions of the items.
The shakes were a bit small for the price and kind of icy, but tasted like fresh ice cream. I had asked for water with my shake but it never came until both my friend and I were finished the shakes and then she brought us both a water.
The flauta and wings were good and excellent value since it was the special of the night. I ordered perogies without the cheese and they came out excellent. The boneless wings were overcooked though, and fried for too long making them very dry. The mashed potatoes came with gravy even though I asked for it on the side, and it was salty.
Overall, not a perfect experience, but we'll be back. Service was slow (the table beside us sat down after us but got all of their food before us) but our waitress made up for it with her great personality.
Service and Staff great! food not so good, the sour cream has scene betterdays!

The management Richard i think was Great!!!! will go back just cause of him. and our server Kara? i think was also Fantastic!!!
