Horrible rude stuff, bad customer service
The most rude and unethical dental experience in my life. Never recommend to anyone. I specially registered here to let people know, how nasty this place is, they treated me very badly. Came in for oral exam and didn't get any doctor's comments on the results, doctor was serving 3 patients at the same time, didn't talk to me at all, didn't look at X-rays results. Dental assistant was rude, when I asked to give me what I paid for - results from oral exam. She responded - I assume that you are not coming back here, if you need the results. It's not her job to assume here, I paid for oral exam and want to have my results. Price was much higher. They get people in with there promotion of getting free tooth brush, which you really paid for in your bill. They gave me receipt, which didn't have anything on it, just the amount, I had to request a professional receipt, which states what was done today. Dental assistant was increasing her voice on me. Doctor was 40 minutes behind. This is the most horrible service ever in my life, I am not surprised now that they get you in with there promotion. The financial policy is also horrible. You must authorize them to charge your credit card any time they want, if there is outstanding fees, I cannot trust this place, that they will not just charge you by mistake. Rooms are also very small. I paid for my oral exam 130 dollars and didn't get any explanation from the doctor, it was a complete waste of my money.
