I just left the Home Depot and was extremely happy with the customer service I was provided. I was looking to purchase new locks for a rental property and a gentleman by the name of Jason was a fantastic help. He explained how everything works and recommended a perfect solution that ended up saving me a bunch of money. Too often people only post bad reviews but Jason deserves some accolades. Had a bad experience in the Electrical Department. Childish and blatant disrespect when I tried to do an exchange on a $30 item that had clearly malfunctioned.
Perhaps a suggestion is focus on Customer Service on ALL employees.
Since then, have switched to Lowes and will never come back to this particular Home Depot!
