    total disappointment

    the agent didnt fight for me even i havent received the disclosure. the second time the agent misled me to believe either way i will get 3 demerit points and i accepted a deal when i had a very good case. AVOID

    very poor communication, forgotten my trial date.

    never ever ever never ever go to this office, my friend recommended, such a poor performer in business, she forgotten my 1 st trial date, then I called the court to find out, immediately called her to follow up, she managed to find another trial date by filling a affidavit to present to the court,,and reduced the point and reduced the fine, totally disappointing service, I could have done this myself and would have saved her fee & further points,,. so bad so bad. I will never recommend her. she has never returned my phone calls, never never, I am the one always called her, so bad so bad service.

    Never again...

    Poorly represented. Lack of communication after you pay in full upfront before they take your case. Almost cost me my license cause of their mistakes... Go else where, trust me.

    Poor service ,after receiving payment no response.

    For first appointment as new client Theresa Cobb will attend phone call immediately but after making payment they will put your phone number on don't attend call list ,they will not attend your phone,if you want to contact try through different phone numbers. After receiving payment from you they forget you.,DON'T RECOMMEND TO YOUR FRIENDS.
