I had been wanting to have Veal Marsala at this restaurant for quite some time as I had never been. The others I was with have never eaten there as well.
the food was overcooked, service was bad to top it off as well.
The waitress brought our 3 Veal dinners and said the meat may be a bit tough.
If it is knowingly overcooked why serve it?
Anyhow we all tried to eat our meals and make the best of it since it was my birthday.
While we are all empty of wine, Caesars, beers and cocktails the waitress is complaining to a friend that it was so busy earlier and she now has to wipe down the 2 tables that still sit there with food plates etc.
She also has her boyfriend/husband there with their baby crying for its mother while she tries to take orders from customers that also are quite upset.
A friend of mine requests to take her food home as she was intending to feed it to her dog and the waitress
threw it in the garbage.
My experience other then the desserts was absolutely dreadful and it ruined my birthday with my husband and 2 other couples as well.
I hope their staff pay better attention to customers needs in the future rather then complaining and visiting with friends/family
This is not an Italian restaurant. The chicken Parmesan was processed chicken, I'm Italian and I tell you that we do not eat processed chicken to make chicken parmesan. The sauce for the Penne was like Chef Boy-ar-dee sauce, The penne was not homemade it was out of a bag that you would buy on sale at No Frills. AND THE PIZZA was cardboard, with no flavor.
I'm ashamed that this place call it self an Italian Restaurant. And the service was not good at all,not very profesional.
To top it of I said to myself at least let me try the espresso was not a good blend it had no taste for the pallet.
