    I had a decentt s...

    I had a decentt sized paint stain in the baby's room on the carpet and i had no clue what to do other than try to blot out as much paint as i can with paper towel. Then i knew there was no way i can get all that out, so i went on google wnd searched carpet cleaning , and sparking clean carpets was the first option. Obviously amazing reviews so i thought , hey why not give them a call. I called and francine told me theyd come in 3 days to come clean. They came right on time , very professional, and definatley took out as much paint as they could , since it was already dry and hard. It looks better then it did before and im definately thankful for them coming to clean it out. I HIGHLY recommend them ! Thanks guys !

    Good Value & Service - Carpet Cleaning

    I recently used Sparkling Clean to provide carpet cleaning for my townhouse carpets, a love seat, leather couch and one chair. They cleaned two bedrooms, my hallway and living room as well. The carpets are now clean again and fresh. The odor and wine stain are also both gone. I recently had a party and one of my guests got sick on my carpet after drinking too much wine. Sparkling Clean removed the stain and now my carpet looks better than before the party. Thanks Sparkling Clean for helping me.

    Sparkling clean did a wonderful job. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them and I will personally be using their services semi-annually.

    Do not recommend

    This company may or may not be good... Customer service is very unprofessional. Made an appointment for a carpet clean 1 week in advance with a request to have the carpet cleaning done by a certain time. On the day of the scheduled appointment this company called and said they would arrive at the scheduled time and never did. THEN called and said the MAY be available a couple hours AFTER the only time I had scheduled with them.

    You were the third customer scheduled for that day. The weather was bad with freezing rain and snow and traffic was slower. We contacted you to let you know that we were running late and that we were still coming. But you cancelled us without notice and you were rude and hung up the phone when we tried to let you know about our situation. We were willing to reschedule your appointment at the time. In the future when there is a storm or bad weather which we have no control over there will be times when we will get behind. Sorry for your inconvienence

    Carpet Cleaning Bungalor in Oakville

    We used Sparkling Clean to clean our carpets & furniture. They came out looking like new. They did this on an emergency basis just before Thanksgiving. We called other firms they told us we would have to wait. Sparkling Clean came the same day for us. We have two dogs and a cat and they got rid of all the urine smell in our carpets. We were able to walk on them the same day. They showed up on time for us. We recommend this service. Thanks Francine for a great job. Mary T., Oakville, Ontario
