    Bought a car in spring - 3 months later when hot weather came - air compressor was shot Wayne's response was "pound salt" There's a hundred used car dealers in Hamilton - spend your money somewhere else. Also beware his used tire trick - he'll put used tires on a car just to get it through a safety Wayne's World is Bad News

    Zero effort towards customer satisfaction!

    My brother and I recently purchased an Ford Ranger from Wayne, at Wayne's Auto World. It is one of many vehicle purchases we've had to make this year -for our small business. The vehicle seemed fine on the test-drive around town and was cleaned up nicely. On the drive home along the 401, something seemed amiss right away. Suspecting the truck may not have been driven much lately we thought we would give it until the morning. When we called Wayne the next morning he assured us his mechanic had thoroughly inspected the vehicle and it was "tip top!" , passing all inspections. We took it to a local Ford Dealer and immediately regretted this purchase. First of all, the seal on the back differential was leaking and should never have passed inspection, along with upper and lower ball joints needing to be replaced, the oil was black, and the tires were flaking apart. When we called Wayne to update him on this situation, he said his "guy" could maybe replace 2 tires for $35. This certainly was not acceptable to us. We asked that he cover 50% of the cost for the new tires, only! We have since called and left numerous messages and have never heard from Wayne again. All I can say is unless you are a mechanic, able to thoroughly inspect your own vehicle on the spot, 100% stay away!! There is no accountability at this dealership and the customer service is non-existent once you drive away. All in all the vehicle has cost us an extra $1500+taxes and we are saving up for new tires to be installed soon. What a nightmare.
