They will confirm dates with you during the initial stages, promise to provide a quote and then make you chase them for answers.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we were unable to service your move because the dates you were hoping for were already booked. We recommend contacting any reputable moving company at least 4 to 5 weeks ahead of your move date . We wish we could have aided you in your relocation. Good luck to you in your new surroundings

Thank-you for your feedback. It sounds like in an initial phone call some dates were mentioned as being available for moving and later you were told they were booked. We email estimates out within one week of doing the visual survey but moving dates can go very quickly especially at the end of the month during the summer.
