Service was poor, staff were unprofessional, and the food was a complete mess! Won't be returning! Save yourself from an awful experience, and don't bother!
Went to drive thru, looked at the menu board and placed order only to be told theyno longer make that. I asked why they hadn't come out with some black tape and put an X through it...standard answer...basically they don't care...so I said I wouldn't be back and I'm sure they don't care about that either.
For some reason this location will not let you use Dairy Queen coupons from their own site. When I called a girl names Sarah said they were unacceptable. She was polite and told me that no manager was employed there but at owner would call me back. I have wasted my coupon every time so far because the next nearest location is too far. You would think they would want the business but I guess they have too much.
After calling the "cake hotline" and leaving 2 messages the day before my daughters birthday, I had to CALL BACK AGAIN, this time I finally got a voice..... The reply to my request???? " We need 24 hours to do a cake!"...... OMG!!! THIS is what passes for customer service.... The excuse????! I have to do interviews...... How about ACTUALLY SERVICING THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS FOR YOUR PRODUCT SO YOU HAVE THE $$$$ to hire people??? I am going to Merla Mae and will never support Dairy Queen again.... Oh and Btw... I have 5 kids and coach 3 sports teams..... And will gladly share my experience WITH ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN.
